Lobster Pie: Fresh Maine lobster meat with Ritz cracker crumbs and butter en casserole. Served with house rice and vegetable du jour.
Grilled Salmon: Fresh Atlantic Salmon filet dry rubbed with a special blend of chilies and spices, char-grilled, and topped with fresh peach salsa. Served with roasted baby white potatoes and vegetable du jour.
Sirloin Tips: 12 oz. marinated Angus sirloin beef tips, char-grilled to your liking. Served on a bed of house rice and vegetable du jour.

Boiled Lobsters: Live lobsters brought in daily.
Linguini and Mussels Pomadoro: Fresh PEI Mussels, sauteed in olive oil and garlic, with diced Roma tomatoes, fresh Italian herbs and a touch of char-grilled jalapenos, tossed in linguini and topped with grated parmesan cheese.
Chicken and Mushroom Saute: Fresh chicken tenderloins and wild mushroom filled ravioli, pan sauteed in a Boursin cream sauce and finished with fresh steamed spinach.
Shrimp Florentine: Jumbo shrimp pan sautéed in butter, garlic, lemon, wine, fresh herbs, spinach, and incredibly delicious oven roasted tomatoes, tossed in linguini, and topped with parmesan cheese.
Seafood Alfredo: Jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, fresh lobster meat and mussels, all pan sautéed in Alfredo sauce and tossed in linguini.
Lobster Ravioli: Lobster filled ravioli, topped with sautéed jumbo shrimp and Maryland lump crabmeat, served in a cognac lobster sauce.
