Crab Cakes: Two homemade Maryland lump crab cakes, served on a bed of roasted native corn relish, and topped with lime-cilantro aioli.
Crab and Artichoke Dip: Fresh crab meat and artichoke hearts, skillfully prepared in a blend of imported Fontina and cream cheese, with a hint of garlic and leeks. Served en casserole with grilled toast points.
Chicken Wings: Juicy jumbo Wings served with celery, carrots, and blue cheese dressing. Your choice of buffalo or plain.
Chicken Tenders: Fresh Chicken Tenders fried golden brown. Served with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing. Your choice of buffalo or plain.
Fried Calamari: Tender calamari, lightly dusted with seasoned flour and flash fried to perfection. Served with a marinara dipping sauce, or tossed in an Asian Thai peanut and pineapple sauce.
Stuffed Mushrooms: White button mushrooms with our own homemade crab meat stuffing, served en casserole, and baked to perfection.
Shrimp Cocktail: Three extra large chilled Gulf Shrimp, served martini style with cocktail sauce and lemon.
Steamers: One pound and a half of fresh local steamers with drawn butter and broth.
Mussels: One pound and a half of fresh PEI mussels, sautéed in olive oil and garlic, with diced Roma tomatoes, fresh Italian herbs and a touch of char-grilled jalapenos.
Peel & Eat Shrimp: Half pound of medium sized shell on shrimp perfectly seasoned.
Basket of Onion Rings: Homemade onion rings piled high.
Seafood Shell Tower: Raw Oysters, littlenecks, shrimp and lobster tails. (for two or four)
